Yes. You’ll receive intake same product in the picture. Our customer support will ensure you about this. If you give us order to ready your device then we’ll open the intake package in front of you. Only Refurbish/Used products are not included here. Those are mentioned in description section.
You will receive sales receipt through email when you’ll place order. You can also receive sales receipt and others necessary documents from our located address.
If you find any problem with products, you can return the product immediately. We also provide customer home service also in that case. For this, you need to bring all necessary documents like sales receipt, warranty paper etc.
There are two way of order placement.
1) You can place order through website. In that case you need to select product and place order through our website. Then an invoice will be generated and send it to your mail. Then you need to pay certain amount of money through Bkash or deposit in our Bank Account to confirm your order. If you pay through Bkash then you need to pay 1.5% extra.
2) You can come to our office to place order. In that case, you need to deposit advance in our bank account & place Bank Slip to our office. After fulfill of papers and payment, your order will be placed. Product will be delivered from our office after 2 working days of payment receive.

Yes we are providing home delivery inside Dhaka. You can ship your order to any place of Bangladesh. Remember : you just need to pay delivery charge 500tk inside Dhaka & outside of Dhaka, delivery charge is 800 tk.
