Return Policy

Most (not all) products have a 7 day return policy from date of purchase (unless otherwise stated below). There are no refunds. All return items that are accepted will be credited to your account for a future purchase.

Not available for return:

  • Brand New Sealed Items if opened.
  • No returns on bundled items.
  • No returns on clearance items.
  • No returns on sale items.
  • No returns on limited availability items.
  • No returns on AS IS items.

Returns will be refused if not shipped postage paid. Returns will be refused if not packed complete. Returns will be refused if over 7 days from purchase.

All other Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging and as it is purchased from Cellucom Electronics Inc. We strongly recommend you keep the packaging for at least the first 7 days after purchase.

Return Shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Returns will be refused if not shipped postage paid.

Items purchased from Cellucom cannot be returned to the manufacturer; they must be returned to Cellucom within 7 days of purchase. Please email us directly.

How do I return and item?

  1. Make sure the item is in original packaging or as it was sold to you from Cellucom.
  2. Print a copy of the original order and pack with return shipment.
  3. Please tell us why the item is being returned in original order.
  4. All shipments must be postage paid. Returns will be refused if return shipping is not paid by the buyer.
  5. Please pack all items carefully. Items returned damaged will not be credited.
  6. There are no refunds. All return items that are accepted will be credited to your account for a future purchase.
